The Campaign is England wide but it has specified target counties highlighted on the map:

If your county does not appear on the map it does not mean that you cannot participate in the Campaign. Everyone who manages land in England can make a contribution.
The 22 counties highlighted on the map are target counties where the most impact can be delivered for the environment. However, all environmental measures that are part of the Campaign - whether voluntary or through ELS - implemented by you in England will count towards the targets. We have until 2012 to meet these targets, but without your support farmers and land managers will face regulation. Act now and complete our Online record to ensure that we capture all your efforts and demonstrate that together we can manage our farmed environment for the benefit of your business and the countryside.
